$360.00 Minimum one hour performance

Required Deposit: $160.00
Balance due on or before completion of event

$180.00 Per each additional half hour requested

Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT - A deposit of $160.00 of the total amount is due at the signing of our contract in order to secure your date.  You may arrange to pay the balance prior to your event, or you may elect to pay the balance due in full before the start of our performance on the date and time specified on the contract.

OUTDOORS - We love to play outdoors in favorable weather conditions.  Temperature at least in the sixties, winds not exceeding 20 mph, no direct sunlight or rain (or extreme humidity).  We need to be under shelter (gazebo, tent, etc.) or indoors to avoid direct sunlight or if the weather is inclement.

SPACE - We require a space of 10 x 10 square feet to enable us to provide you with the best possible performance.  The space also needs to be free of any pedestrian traffic.

EQUIPMENT & LIGHTING - We need four chairs with no arms and adequate lighting to read our music (something similar to reading a book).

BREAKS - We will play for 1 hour, then take a 10 minute break for an engagement that requires two or more hours performance time. This ensures that we sound our best and helps us avoid sustaining any injuries.

REPERTOIRE - Please refer to our Repertoire List on our website.  You may make any musical selections only from our list.

REHEARSAL - It has been our experience that our attendance at the wedding rehearsal is not necessary.

CANCELLATION - Deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

CONCERT ATTIRE - We customarily wear concert black with an occasional accent color.
